I am enthusiastic about sustainable health, wellness, movement, and seeing people thrive. Teaching clients how to move efficiently, tune into the wisdom of their body, and break through physical and mental plateaus ignites my passion. My programs are rooted in posture, muscular balance, education, and strength training. Taking a holistic approach to physical fitness, I believe the body can also be an ally for mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness.
